Smile Cats in my damn driveway

Ok, so I've been chilling at the parents house for the past month and half or so before school starts back and since then there's been an increased number of cats in the area since I was last here. The cause of this is the neighbors houses to the left and right of ours both has outside cats that they let roam free and they keep food and water in their garages and leave them cracked. Just a few minutes ago I looked out my window and saw two cats in the driveway staring each other down. Yesterday there was a cat with half his face bitten off laying our front steps. I'm pissed off. My mom and I both own AP2's with soft tops and every time one is left in the driveway overnight it gets paw prints on it (usually mine). I know one of our tops will eventually get used as a claw sharpener so what should I do? Something that wouldn't involve going to court preferably. And has anyone used those devices that put out a frequency to keep animals away?

there was a thread in here awhile back about keeping cats off the soft top... I believe one of the solutions was to put aluminum foil on it... i guess they hate that or something.

I have the same issue at my house. Some friggin neighborhood cat keeps leaving prints on my top. I swear I'm so tempted to buy some night vision goggles (bastard only comes out at night) so I can hunt the damn thing and kill it slowly

as ridiculous as this sounds I think wolf urine sold at the local hardware or garden supply store may be useful. It was used to keep racoons outta out trash and actually worked. Idk how effective it may be to cats.

Once I opened my garage and the neighbor's car ran out. Damn thing had been in my garage all night. When I took the Lambo out of the garage, sure enough, paw prints on my front window.

I haven't seen that cat around lately.
