Default Cell Phones in Seattle

Just moved from Alaska to Seattle, the AT&T coverage in Seattle SUCKS!

Who has the best coverage and the best pricing in the SEA area? I do lots of traveling so a "national plan" is key. Is anyone offering a true international plan in the US?

It's great to have some choices as AT&T ws the only game in town in Alaska. Who is you favorite?

Thanks!

my brother has Sprint and the signal dies when mine is full

my gf has T-Mobile and the bill comes out to around $100 each month! she spends many days arguing with the customer service

I have Verizon and my folks have AT&T (they live on Eastside BTW). They frequently have difficulty getting a signal with AT&T whereas I rarely have problems with Verizon. My Verizon national plan has free long distance and no roaming fees with 300 minutes anytime and unlimited evening and weekends. The only catch is evenings don't start until 9:00 PM on Verizon versus 8:00 PM on AT&T. This makes a difference to me since I live in NYC and am in Seattle and the west coast for business and want to call friends back east.

If you do alot of traveling, look into Nextel. All of their plans are nationwide longdistance plans. If you get a lot of calls, they have free incoming calls plans. The only thing is their phones aren't too compact...

T-Mobile has the best network and unfortunatly the biggest morons running the billing system / operations.

Email the VP of operations directly and ask him why your bill is wrong.
