Default Chemisty 101 Help

I need someone to answer 1 of these answers and explain them to me please.

The reason is because my first day was Saturday of last week and we go once a week. Well my teacher is hard to understand, unprepared and he was supposed to have posted our homework last week. He did not post anything and did not respond to emails but he finally posted it today which is the day before our next class and well I am lost. He rambled on so much that we didn't even finish the lecture and never uploaded the rest of it so I am going to have to teach myself how to do the rest of the answers. He didn't even have his powerpoint lecture in correct order.

I have never had to sit in class on the first day. Usually we find out what the course will be about, what we will need, ect. But this guy sat us through the whole class and would not let us out even 5 minutes early.

Here is the problems

So before anyone reads half the post and says to stop cheating or go to a study hall please read the entire post!

I have gotten 612.66 for A but I don't see how I can put that in Scientific Notation so I am not sure if I am doing it right.

For E I got .0001722 and still confused

If you could even do the problem in microsoft paint and show steps it would be appreciated. Or even find something on google because I don't know what to search to find out what I need to know.

Basically, it's the same trick over and over.

Here are some good tips:
1. the exponents like 10^2 10^3 or whatever, should be treated as minorities (keep them for last). keep them segregated for now.
2. DO THIS FIRST: multiply and/or divide the weird numbers like 7.1 3.6 7 or whatever number that is separate from "10^whatever"

if you have the answer book, double check to see if those are right answers. for B and C, you just have to plug it into the calculator. make sure you give priority to what is in the parenthesis because it's very easy to get them messed up in the calculator

i'm gonna solve the rest in a much more clear form.

612.66 = 6.1266x10^2

.0001722 = 1.722x10^-4
