I have a Moto T720 (flip phone) and sunday the left hinge broke open. My last T720 was stolen from a fast food place. I called the insurance today and they informed me that because I replaced my phone twice with in a year they are going to cancel my insurance and I can get the plan again in a year from today.

 

That happen to my father. He lost one, smashed one against the ground, (anger management took care of that) and the last one he left at a restaurant restroom. He got that one back after he called it in, but he too was dropped from the phone insurance. They just have to make money. You pay $4-5 a month then another $50 per replacement, so they make the money back of the phones but still they don't get enough of your money...

 

oh i do not like cingular!! I have them and they really suck! Always chargin my bill like 400 last month they tried a bill for 520! I always have to be on their ass! Oh well i will have tons of minutes now!! Yay!
