cliffnotes:
bunch of redneck cops in a small town use a speed trap to get ridiculous numbers of tickets. these particular cops are worthless pieces of shit who could never do any real police work, so when someone calls them out on their epic fail they shoot him. in court. nothing will be done to them, because in this country police officers are above the law.

They are even starting to bully people at the starbucks I stop at everymorning infront of my hospital. They cut in line and threaten people, and when the 4 pigs get together they are very loud and obnoxious and talk mad shit about people they have ticketed. I had one of them get nosy with me one morning, saw me taking my lab coat off and had the balls to ask me some stupid shit like " are you a doctor or something, you guys dont do our country and good and are screwing up the budget" I ignored him and walked away and then he got up and grabbed my shoulder and said he was talking to me and now I could be arrested for fleeing and evading. I asked him if I was being detained, he told me no. So then I told him since im not being detained, he cant keep me here and I have nothing to say to him. I then filed a complaint against him and attempted to press charges against him for battery, but his sargent blew me off and wouldnt provide me with the necessary paper work or address my complaint.

I had some friends in Downtown San Diego last week. I didn't go, but apparently, some guy robbed a store down there, injured a security guard (knife I think) and when the cops showed up, the cops shot him dead because he wouldn't stop moving toward them.
Granted, if a crazy is walking toward you with a knife, then by all means shoot him, but shoot to disable, not kill.
I think it's getting out of hand as well.

The guy served his sentence in jail, and now should be free, but he's paralyzed and can't function in the same way he did before he was locked up.

bullshit. you attack someone, you pay ALL the consequences - intended and otherwise. preventing lawsuits is a great reason to shoot to kill....

oh sorry.
7 cops couldn't handle a 'scuffle' with one dude, so they shot him. better?

I can almost guarantee this investigation is handled by the FBI and not any local jurisdiction. They don't usually play favorites with the cops.
