is it bragging now to tell people you spent more than 3 months salary on a watch?
Happy 4th!
Time to go out for a drive!
And it's not bragging to tell people you spent more than 3 months salary on a watch... if you only make $1000 per month, that's kind of disproportionate. I think he misread the poll choices and thought there wasn't a category for >$5,000 watches.

Cost really isnt an factor, or would you think that its value could diminish if i did have it redone ?
unless you can get all of those replaced with circa 1982 parts, i would just rather buy a current GMT.
your beautiful, vintage 25 year-old GMT will be updated with a 2007 bezel, sapphire and bracelet....well, what's left?

you see what i'm getting at?

If you make $20,000 per month and your watch costs $10,000...
You still pick the last option: Because it did take you less than three months to buy your watch that cost more than $5000.
If you make $100,000 per DAY and your watch costs $80,000...

Doesn't matter if you paid for the watch with one day's wages. It still took you under three months. Was trying to separate out the people living with their mothers who bought $10,000 watches but only make $1000 per month.
PM me the answer choice that you fit into that isn't available, please.
The stupid poll is limited to 10 choices.

Then maybe my choices are unclear.

but yes, it was unclear.
basically, everything was "less than", and then the final choice (only) was "more than".
this would not have held up in stats class....but i know you're limited by the site parameters.
