i dont even understand why this is bothering you really.....
it was an ad for a FREE piano,..you offered to donate $, which i would have never done in the first place because i feel that most "donations" never make it anywhere to make a difference anyways.
If the movers were part of the center in which owned it, a nice tip would have been nice for working in this hot weather and i would have offered a cold beverage when they were done.
no way in hell should anyone be asking for more money as no money was expected or required in the first place.
In my opinion someone saw you had money by "donating" 100 bucks so they are seeing if they can get more from you for their own pocket since it seems to them that money is no object because you donated like a baller.

 

Deal is done. You paid for the movers and have taken the piano. Do you still have a copy of the original CL ad or of emails/voicemail showing that the piano was free? No case for her based on the information you provided.

My neighbors house was just broken into the other day over an item she had FS on CL.. and she thought I was stupid for going to my corner store to meet people when I sold things on CL.
