Default Crazy dream last night.

If any of you can analyze dreams clue me in on this one.

Let me give you the seting first; hot summer day everyone is summer clothing and bathing suits blah blah. So me and a bunch of dudes I don't even know are in the back yard of someones house who has a pool and we are pulling the jackass stunt of trying to tightrope over the pool and it is filled with crockadiles. So in the midst of our stupidity one of the kids falls in, and when he fell in one of the crocks swims up and nabs the kid. The water was merky so I really couldn't see if he tore him up or not. Immidiatly after the kid was nabbed the scenery changed in an instant, we went from bathing suits to winter gear in a blink of an eye. So we are still in the backyard of this persons house but now it is winter and the pool is frozen over and I wearing a parka, gloves and gloshes and we are all looking for this kid who fell into the pool that now has this huge sheet of ice. A couple of the kids are trying to break the ice by jumping on it and in doing so they fell in too. But they didn't disapear like the first kid. In the process of them breaking the ice I saw a hand sticking out of the pool and I started to pull on the hand, when the other kids saw that I was pulling on this hand they decided to join in. We pull the kid out of the pool and it was the kid who fell in first, but the weird thing is, he was dressed in winter gear as well. When he fell in he was in a pair of Hawiian shorts. He is now on the side of the pool and we start to give him CPR and the I woke up.

F'n crazy huh?

That is different. Can't you get your dreams analyzed somehow?

I had a crazy dream the other night too.

I went into this room at a seedy looking beach resort in Fiji (never been) owned by a strange looking Chilean (and I don't know how i knew it was Chilean) lady who gave me a weird look as I walked up to my room, as if she wanted to tell me something.

It's humid as hell, and I drop my bags on the bed and then I find one of those huge cockroaches on the wall. I scream like a little girl, and all of a sudden this cockroach flys right at my face.

I take a closer look at the cockroach as it flies towards me and it turns out the cockroach is in fact a black cat with a pair of grey wings. Anyway I wrestle with this creature and I find soon after that I am holding a black cat in my right hand and a pigeon in my left hand.

They are no longer trying to attack me and in fact appear quite happy. I let the pigeon go which then flies out the window but I kill the cat with my hands. It all of a sudden becomes very cold and it starts to rain.

Then I woke up.

Just had a look at that site - nothing on the cockroach though

And no, I don't do drugs.

I'll put on my swami hat...

Lets start with last night...

The pool filled with crocks and a tightrope: The setup
You were eating pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers while watching Crock Hunter Live from Down Under.

The kid falling in the pool that was too murky to see what was going on: Problem, irritation at a subconscious level and frustration at being helpless to see or do anything.
When you went to bed it was hot and humid so you opened up the windows. As you tossed and turned and uncomfortable drifted off to sleep, mosquitoes were getting in through that hole in the screen and feasting on you, but you were too tired to care.

The winter comes and ice covers the pool: Original issue has been worked out, but new problem arises, still irritation at subconscious level and blocked from doing anything about it.
Later than night, a cold front moved through and the temperature dropped. No longer hot, you were grabbing for the covers in your sleep, to no avail. The cool wind sent the mosquitoes into hibernation, so even though you were now cold, you were not being besieged by the insects.

The ice is broken through, a hand appears, kid is pulled to safety and is wearing winter clothing: Problem solved, contentment
Mom/significant other/Room mate/Lassie the super dog notices the temperature drop and figures you must be cold, opens the bedroom door and brings a blanket to cover you up. As soon as you feel the blanket you reach out and grab it pulling it over you. Now warm you are content.

Or how about this explanation:
The pool filled with crocks and a tightrope: The setup - anxiety from an unresolved event in you childhood (note that the kid falls in not you). Someone from your past has caused you to recently remember the long suppressed thought/feelings

The kid falling in the pool that was too murky to see what was going on: Problem, irritation at a subconscious level and frustration at being helpless to see or do anything. - Your youth and inexperience prevented you from acting in a forthright manner leaving you embarrassed and not very proud of your actions.

The winter comes and ice covers the pool: Original issue has been worked out, but new problem arises, still irritation at subconscious level and blocked from doing anything about it. - Someone got you out of the situation, but it was never resolved and you don't have closure. Since then avoidance of the issue has allowed you not to face the participants.

The ice is broken through, a hand appears, kid is pulled to safety and is wearing winter clothing: Problem solved, contentment - Now that you have matured, you see how you should have handled the situation and wish that you could go back and change things. The matter is still not resolved, and insulating yourself from the situation just leaves it hanging in you subconscious. Until you reach closure, face those involved, this theme will repeat in your dreams.

Did you actually die in your dream, or just start to loose consciousness?

I had a similar dream, but as soon as everything went black, I woke up.

I actually did die. When I dream about myself I dream in the third person.. I can see myself.. I'm not actually in my own body.
