I love dreams and reading about them -- they just tell fantastic stories all on their own! I have a recurring dream that I had maybe 3 or 4 times in my childhood (not anymore) that went like this:

I'm walking along with my parents at Sea World 2 (don't ask why it's #2, but I'm pretty sure this dream is set in the future even though I'm still a kid), and apparently we had just finished our day there so we were walking toward the exit. Along the way, there's a pond that is almost flush with the walkway toward the exit. I tell my parents I need to stop so that I can tie my shoelaces, and I stop right at the edge of the pond. As I do that, a crocodile comes up and grabs ahold of my shoelace and pulls me down.

At this point my dream switches to the view from my parents' eyes. They're looking for me frantically, and soon they see the... top half of me float to the top (ugh).

Then the dream cuts to complete whiteness and the whiteness slowly fades to where I realize my eyes are open and staring out the window of my bedroom and I am sitting upright in bed.

The fact that it happened several times through my childhood is what weirds me out!

Also, one thing I've noticed about many of my larger, longer, and more epic dreams is that they all share the same "world". Meaning, there's a connection between all of them -- i.e. this dream happens in this valley, but over that hill is where that other dream happened, etc. I get a Deja Vu feeling during my dreams quite often!

YES! I have the exact same problem. I will occasionaly have a kickass dream and I won't be able to remember it. It sucks.

I forget probably 75% of all of my dreams, the ones I remember most are the ones that occur right before I wake up.

I have such a wide variety of dreams. I've even been known to scream or talk in my sleep. I don't seem to remember most of my dreams, but I think about once every week or two I wake up and vividly remember a dream I just had.

The dream I had most recently is so ed up that I don't even want to repeat it here
