Well the ones who drive while smoking and then fling their cigarette out the window.....This happens 24/7 in my area WA state. I'll be either on the freeway or regular road and then I see a smoking cigareete flying towards my car or bouncing on the road heading towards my car. I can't avoid it and I'm just pissed people have no regard to the car behind them. In the worst case the ciggarette if still hot could damage the paint or maybe get stuck under the car or something. I think there is a law against this? Not sure but just venting since it happened on my way to the gym today....It makes me want to go road rage and kick the persons ass for being so careless but whatever I guess. Anyone else get this situation?

 

It's called littering. I have no idea why most smokers don't feel that they should not do it.

 

Yep, and the foam filter inside them is not biodegradable like the paper, so it pretty much lasts forever. Smokers should be shot. j/k, just beaten.

i'd like to speak of for the semi responsible smokers. i know the majority of smokers out there just flick their cigs out the window when they're done with them, but some of us keep little bottles with some water in them and just put the cigs in them after we're through.

granted, it's not the most appealing thing to some, but it sure beats a 400 dollar ticket+random people getting pissed at you+risk of cig flying back and burning seats/clothes/hair ^_^
