I agree, sometimes there are just no spots so you have no choice.

Here's a tip. Take down the milage of the car. Give the valet tip wen u give the car. Let he/she know you know the milage on the car. That should help keep them from going too far with the car. You see excessive distance, tell the manager. Simple.

Another thing, put everything in the glovebox and lock it. There is a lock on it for a reason.

Be very sincere when you talk. You can also pick out who you want to give the car to. Get someone that looks responisble.

This isnt a piece of garbage your giving. It's your car. Take whatever precautions you have to. If there is any damage to the vehicle, it'll get paid for.

The milage thing will help you out a lot.

I always set my trip odometer to zero when I valet, and just in case there smart enough to reset that, remember the milage.

Yea, I should have taken note of the current trip odometer readings since it gives the mileage in 1/10 increments. I will definitely keep that in mind next time. Telling the vallet guy is a good idea so that way he can't say to you "you have no proof". I wish I had gotten there before my friends did that night. But... nothing is wrong with the car anyway.
