Probably based more on history. Camp David Accords and the Anwar Sadat assasination were on this date in history.

If you want something wierd - open up a recent copy of "PC Magazine". Usually toward the back, there's a Yahoo Finance ad with a full-page picture of Manhatten. What's so wierd about this ad? The twin towers are not in the picture even though its a current ad(apparently they are using a pre-mid-sixties photo).

I had heard that there was a sentencing hearing (in absentia) of Osama Bin Laden scheduled for tomorrow at the Federal Court house nearby the WTC...
