This is true. But I think that it SHOULD be all about the context. Most people can't uunderstand the difference.

 

my favorite is the scene from last week with the white family named Niggar....

when he popped back in and just shouted "Niggars" I almost pissed my pants. And when they were at the restaurant and Dave said "Oh, I bet you'll get the best seat a Niggar's ever gotten in this place" was hillarious.
