Honda of America nor the local stealerships will give a rat's ass until it starts to cost them in negative publicity. If their waiting rooms and service bays remain full on most days and cars are being pushed through the lots then they dont give a shit.

Do what I did back when Germain Honda was screwing with me, make flyers with all the information and shady shit they did to you and pass them out, post them everywhere. News of their shady deeds will spread like wildfire and next thing you know they have a "reputation". But sad thing is even then some dont give a shit because alot of corporate america is run by idiotic J bags who much rather trip over a dollar to pick up a nickle.

He wants to buy more vehicles. He has money on the table, which function as bargaining chips. Give him a little, get back a lot - virtually immediately.

When he's not drinking, Mikey is a sharp cookie.

That is to say, Mike very occasionally has an intelligent comment.

However, there are people at the local dealership and the garage that did the repair who will testify (by affidavit; they won't fly to Washington).
Well, affidavits are all you'd need; in-person testimony is not mandatory in a small claims court. In addition, if you daughter took her car to a dealership in WA, that could mean she lives in WA; and if that's the case, there's no need for you to be present.

It could, but, alas, it doesn't. She graduated from SPU last June and she's back down here now. (The job market in Seattle for a newly-graduated English / History major was bleaker than the one in Southern California, and here she can live rent-free.)

Thanks for the thought, however.

^ In that case, your plausible choice would be contacting the American Honda headquarters and/or writing to an automotive publication as suggested by others.

I've been saving my productivity lately for things that will actually make a difference in my life.

And the BackLot. Sometimes I put useful things in there too.
