does paypal charge a fee when .. ?
does paypal charge a fee to the receipient if the sender uses a e-check transfer? i'm pretty sure it's free for the sender, but not sure about the receipient.
you can check out the fee section
to be simple
if you are a regular user and don't take credit card paypal, you will be fine
if you start accepting credit card paypal, then you will have to upgrade to a premium account and you will be charge the paypal fee EVERYTIME you receive funds (regardless if its a credit card paypal or not), something like ~3%
