i did work for a bigger company 12 years ago and that place was the opposite.....they laid off / fired white collar people about every 2 weeks. I think in the 23 months i was there we went through 30 office people / engineers..... it was insane.....

i wish my company would do the right things so we could then spend $ smarter....
