So sorry for your loss. Curious, had you experienced any tear duct problems with your pup? My inlaws got an English Bulldog about a year ago and he needed eye surgery; they said it was common with that breed.

 

Sorry about your dog.. do you have a picture of the said pins?

 

He did indeed have cherry eye, and I had two options, push it back in (risk of it coming back and costing $500 a pop for the procedure) or remove the duct altogether and then put drops in for the rest of his life. I chose pushing it in, but luckily, never had an issue.

 

No on me, but I can take some. They look like women's bobby pins.

 

sorry for the loss man, i know how hard that must be! dreading the day this happens to my little mutt. had her since she was 3 months old but hopefully have at least another 10 years of her. nothing like coming home to your dog.
