Yeah, good improvement. Not to sound gay but you look good.
So how much is a month's supply of P90x and what did your diet consist of?

I downloaded it from the interweb, . I had some dumbells and I bought pushup bars, "iron man" pull up bar and a band from Dicks for like $10.00 The diet is different for all three phases, it's a lot of food at first then the last two phases are slightly less

you have to eat a certain amount of, Protien, Carbs, Veggies, Dairy, Fat, blah blah.

The program is I think $150. They pedal some overpriced supplements along with it I'm sure, they all do. The diet is in three phases. Phase 1 is low carb, high protein (20% carbs, 30% fat, 50% protein) or something like that. Phase 2 is inbetween. Phase 3 normalish (50% carbs, 50% fat/protein). That's not exact, I don't have the literature in front of me.

Basically, all you need is a set of dumb bells & pull-up bar (the hang in door frame ones are okay but not ideal). I'd probably pick up some whey protein at Costco or wherever as well. If you can stand to do the yoga, get a yoga mat, but you certainly don't need to spend more than $20 on that. Or if you've got a lawn and don't mind scaring the neighbors that works.

That is some real good improvement for a month. Definitely showing improvements visually, almost looks like you have two small children sitting on your shoulders now.

P90x is a bit much for me, I stick to the weight lifting.

Great so far! Keep it up!

Some of the phase 2 routines are fairly hard and you will be sick of ALL of them at the end but you already know from your results so far is a great program.

The only thing that kept it interesting was Sophia from "Legs and Back" was it? The dental hygenist. She is a feast.

Nice work man..

And good for you sticking to the diet, I skipped that all together and was still happy with the results. But you just proved it makes a big difference!
