Default Easiest way to learn Spanish?

Even if I never use it, I will make another $55/ week if I can demonstrate that I can speak/write Spanish at my job. Not a huge pay increase but hey, it's a tank of gas. Other than immersing myself in the culture, does any know of any good software that teaches more than, "sir, where is the bathroom?"

Though, I have no personal experience with it.

Rosetta Stone works. College courses will work also and if your company offers tuition reimbursement it would be free. The best way is an immersion course - but they are a bit more expensive.

Rosetta Stone. I hear it works pretty well. I have never used it though.
