If the guy doesnt want to use an escrow servie I would run. He doesnt sound reputable.

he only had four sells- he had good feedback- but still, only four!
escrow said that situations like this could definitely happen and it's out of their reach- they don't come into my house and check what's really in the box i received and the box i may ship back out

if this guy does rip me off- can't he be tracked through his aol account? i know if i wire him money, western union takes finger prints, so i can use that to track him down too, but how do i prove i didn't actually receive what i payed for?

If you check out other sellers selling the same phone, current bid price for each is between $400-500 each. If this guy is selling you 3 for $600, don't you think it's too good to be legit?
