He can't file a claim with his credit card company because he withdrew money from his bank account. I am currently facing the same problem, though the person I padi to resides in the US. I filed a complain 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for paypal to try and get my money back.

Thanks for all the info folks. I guess I jumped the gun coz I received the package this morning It arrived as described. I guess I was just a little worried that I got ripped off

Just you... Honestly, everyone has their right to feel good/bad about such places, but I've had good experiences with Ebay as a buyer. What I need to hurry up and do is start selling stuff through Ebay soz I can continue to afford my S2K (and its associated social events ).
