I didn't see China on there. I believe that's our biggest world competitor.

and why would they? i mean, if they did i'm sure ther percentages would look way way worse cuz there is such a large disparity in wealth and education there. the article cites 1-in-4 americans drop outta high school.. in china it would probably 1-in-10. either way, china/india's 10% that score amazing.. in pure numbers is probably still greater than the number of graduates here.

just another case of bending stats to fit your goal.
