wow. i wish E.R. in my area was as nice as some of you make it to be.

iwantyourcar's experince seems to be the normal service from what i have seen.

my lil cousin was hit by a car and had a broken leg. she sat in the waiting room for 4 hours next to a guy that had a bullet wound in his back. they both sat there for hours waiting to be treated.

my aunt had bad stomach pains and went to the E.R. after waiting 6 hours (pain was gone by then) she found out she was pregnant.

my brother took a tumble off the tobogan slides while we were mountain biking down them. landed on his shoulder and cracked his helmet.
he went to a local non E.R. hospital. doctor examination, x-ray, and he was home in a lil over 2 hours.

On top of what everyone else said, you & your wife should look in to spinal decompression. It has worked wonders for people with herniated discs and other spinal injuries.
I'm doing that right now for a pinched Sciatic nerve that sends shooting pain and numbness down my right leg. The jury's still out.

Wow, ridiculous. Even though we pay poop loads of taxes towards healthcare, and even monthly health care fees, I like knowing I'll never get stuck with a scary bill.

I hope you aren't really needing to sell things to cover the costs. Crappy.

well i got a lot of things laying around that i really don't need, Jewelry, electronics, etc.

it wouldn't have been as bad if my wife would have signed up for coverage like I told her to, but I'm not going to give her a guilt trip about it.
