At the last dealership I worked at the guys in the wholesale dept called the new girl at the front counter and asked for a muffler bearing. She spent about 30 minutes looking through the Isuzu parts book for it.

Another guy there used to love calling people and saying he's looking for "one D ten T". Which when written out reads 1D10T or "Idiot". If he got them to look for it long enough he figured he found one Usually they'd notice as soon as they wrote the part# down on a scratch pad.
