The EVO is probably the better all around car since it seems to be faster in most situations, and hands down is easier to modify. It can seat 4/5 people and has AWD which is nice. But, I don't think it's as special as the S is. There aren't too many cars that have the feel of the S. Top down, 9000 revs is just cool. But, now that I own the S, my next car would probably be the EVO.

 

With a fast car you need the looks to go with it and no offense it looks like a box or something. Me personally I need looks and speed in a car. Looks are subjective though but just stating my opnion on the EVOs lack of looks and econo sedan look alike. It is a rally car but not my style.

 

Personally I like the looks of the Evo, but everyone is different. Its always nice to have a car that doesnt look fast, but will keep most looking at your taillights

 

I like em both. I've owned both. Nice cars. They do stuff. Fun stuff.

 

Sold my S to get a Evo.....but this is my daily driver so the S was a little unpratical and I am an Ex- 1g DSM guy so my love has always been for the AWD Turbo. In my opinion hands down Evo for the Torque (forgot what that was in the S) and for the ease of modding. You can add 60-75 HP with very litte money where as I never found a reasonable way to add cheap HP to the S. Plus I work on computers so the room is real nice. Both great cars but the turbos callin my name!
