Is there any other way to accept$$ or transfer$$$ except Paypal. cause paypal kinda screwing me up right now

Not that is widely used. I think Western Union has a way to do it online.

Didn't eBay run something called Bid-Pay for a while? Has that been shut-down or not applicable for anything besides their auctions?

Ebay bought PayPal, so if they ever ran BidPay, they probably just threw it away.
