yea, I wouldnt suggest behavior like that where I live. alot of people are armed, licensed, and know well the laws regarding protecting themselves. This couldve turned out much worse if the knuckle head ran over the guy he sideswiped. It sure looked like thats what he was trying to do.
In a case like this, distance from the attacker is the key. Get a tag number if you can and try to make some distance.
