I'm not going stop buying Pilots after this. They still make the best damn tires in the world IMO.

Just finished watching this race. Unbelieveable, i just think it hilarious that the Jordans and the Minardis all made it in the points!! Now BAR is the only team to be without points this year!!!! Ecclestone's gonna have his work cut out for him if he thinks he's coming back to the US any time soon!

DC hit it right on the head:

Put the chicane in, have the race and penalize the michelin runners for the debacle. I don't want to hear apologies, I want solutions.

So far..... who's to say there won't be any more teams with NO points this year after what happened today?? It's a real shame though. I would be so pissed off if i had spent several hundreds of dollars to go to the race then get screwed out of my money with this crap and not really have a race.

I blame the French!!! They make a tire that won't work on American soil then they want the rules changed. Typical Frogs. No Michelin Pilots, no Champagne, no more fantasizing about Sophie Marceau.

AND ONE MORE THING you wouldn't see those great Americans known as NASCAR drivers quitting because their tires wouldn't hold up. Nope, they'd 'run what they'd brung' until the bitches blew up. AND ANOTHER ONE MORE THING, I think the Minardi's were due for a big finish, they were robbed, wait til the next race, they have 'the package' that others will envy. Jordan beware.

From ESPN: "After two Michelin tires failed in Friday practice sessions -- one causing a wreck that prevented Ralf Schumacher from competing -- the tiremaker ruled that its rubber was unsafe for this track."

Here's the rest: http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/news/story?s...s=f1&id=2089850

I think I'll "stick" with Bridgestone S03s (pun intended)...
