OK, so I get married (+30 lbs)
Then I find S2KI (+10 lbs)
Then I buy an S2000 and forget to ride my bicycle all year (+10 lbs)

I guess I know what my new year's resolution will be!

I think I put on about 5lbs. due to the S2k. Less gym time. More tacos. (it's a PacNW thing)

Now that the weather is bad and the holidays are about over (and our kitchen remodel is pretty much done) I'm looking forward to losing that extra poundage.

Just got a call from my doc while reading this post and it turns out taking 1500 mg of Niacin daily has reduced my LDL cholesterol 21 points and raised my HDL 22 points.

over the past 1 1/2 years +50 lbs due to a Tae Kwon Do tournament accident where I was kicked HARD in the tailbone, so it hurt like a mofo to do excercises until about a month and a half ago...

Keeping the car cleaned/waxed helps burn calories.

Within a few pounds, but then again, I've had my S2000 for over 3 years! I take the S2000 down to the lake to go running a few times a week; my weight hasn't changed, but I'm a lot more toned up!

Kicked hard in the tailbone? OUCH! You weren't by chance competing in brown belt were you? That division kind of scares me. Lots of power, less control than optimal.

Kind of like an inexperienced driver with an S2000!

Hope you recover fully soon...

For all the washing/wiping/waxing/installing/driving at speeds where your heart is really beating fast I should have lost some weight this summer...
