where the hell is tequila on the list?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?
You are SO right. I forgot Tequilla.
It's a drug all to itself. Never before, or since, have I done a cartwheel across the room into the Christmas tree!
I'll try to fix the list.

My friend, you are missing many other varieties as well as being very general.
You need to add the following liquors:
Rum
Triple sec (including apple, cherry, butterscotch, etc.)
Whisky (bourbon is different) (may include Drambuie)
Scotch
Brandy
Cognac (including Grand Marnier, etc.)
Tequila
Creme liquors (ex. Bailey's)
Coffee liquors (ex. Kahlua)
Amaretto
Other flavored liquors (ex. Galliano, Frangelico, etc.)
The list could go on and on.
Also, the different varieties of beer may take quite some time to list.
And what about other types of wine not fermented by grapes or berries?
For example: Japanese Sake, Korean Soju, Chinese rice wine, Vietnamese snake wine.
Can't forget the sweet and bitter sensations on your palate after sipping on Sangria.
Wash it down with an aperitif. Ever cleansed your mouth with Vermouth?
There also an endless list of mixed concoctions.

Well, I voted beer....only because the selection was pretty slim....
Personally, I'm into anything with Jagermeister in it....

Now that shit is worth something!
Couldn't that fall under the burbon category?
I've tried some of the home made hooch. Damn! Good thing I wasn't going anywhere! My uncle made some shiznit that should have been illegal! He added peach something to it and it went down pretty smooth. So did I. I think I was sitting up against the wall... at least that's where I woke up!

Ever cook with Vermuth?
Try adding a bit to saute'd shrimp just while cooking.
Good flavor.
Pernot is another interesting flavor for scampi cooked prawns. Nice.
I used to be a flambe' cook at a high-brow place years ago. Burned my eyelashes off many times and singed the ceiling just for fun.
