Default Filter for cable...???

Anyone here work for a cable company? I was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a filter for cable. I currently have high speed cable modem, but would like to get cable by switching the filter so that it will let video come in as well as data...hehehe.

you can run it without the filter just take a splitter to the main line and have one come in to the modem and the other to the t.v.

at my home i have 4 computers and 4 t.vs running off of one cable line.

oh yeah i got lucky with the filters tho i asked very nicely the cable guy for some filters and he gave then to me but u don't need the filters to run the t.v. running one t.v should be ok but in my case i needed the filters

A simple Radio Shack splitter does the trick for me.
