i purchased my digicam yesterday. its a konica minolta dimage g500 and I got a 256mb SD.

i spent more than what i wanted to, but i think its a good choice. the camera was 400, 80 for the extended warranty, and 90 for the memory. i still need to get a case for it as well.

 

btw...i posted this because i wanted to thank you guys in helping me figure out what camera to get...even though i didnt go with your decision
