The .40 was designed as a compromise. They were trying to get the capacity of a 9mm and the stopping power of the .45 into a small frame. I have been thinking about picking one up but I am still not totally sold on it. I still trust my .45 more than anything for everyday carry.

why do people feel they need to carry a gun with them everyday? is the area you live in that dangerous?
I got my conceal carry license but never used it.. felt kinda funny carrying a gun around like the old west.
