Found the dragon on accident.

my dad did it by accident in a rental minivan like a year and a half ago lol. apparently our family friends live like 10 minutes from it in TN.
also, i google mapped this 441 road you speak of and followed it all the way down through orlando. 441 is 2 miles from my work lol. i just thought it was strange and interesting that 441 is so long and i had no idea

I've heard of the dragon for years, and have always wanted to go, but somehow never thought to see where it was. I'm moving to NC and finally figured it out! Talk about put a smile on my face.

They do it's a fact.... I've had 2 people ride with me to the dragon and both of them ended up staying in the hotel the whole weekend... 
Although I've never actually been sick, I've felt pretty nasty as a passenger.
