Well, that's comforting...at least they only live in the mid east...!

I did a google search on camel spider and it appears that they are not venomous...but that is one freaking nasty looking spider!

ACK!!!

I'm pretty tolerant of spiders, if I find one in the house I normally try and relocate it back outside in one piece BUT if I ever found one of these camel spiders or had a Mindcore-esque 700 spiders in the car experience then I think Nachtmeisters Starship trooper tactical nuke would be quite a measured response

Camel Spiders

Geez that is one ugly SOB Oh yes, that would NOT be making friends with me

The thing has 10 LEGS!!! Anything with 10 legs gets my respect!

I've never been one to worry about spiders myself. You rarely see them outside the dark, damp, cool places they like to hide. My encounters with black widows are usually contained to the well cover and in the crawl space of my house. I hate going into the crawl space of my house to fix something. I had to run some cabling for my home network and my satellite dish under my house and the spider webs were relentless... but no spiders. Good luck trying to rid your house of them. I expect they will be back within a month of the exterminator leaving the house. Save your money and buy a new mod for your S2K instead.

Did anyone see the special that had on TLC or Dicovery Channel last week. It was about the affects of insect bites. The had everything from Black Widow to Crazy ass fire ants. Some of the after affects of the bites are sick and scary. I hate ants!!

Mindcore-

Man, am I with you. I hate spiders and always have thought that hell would be populated with millions of them. My wife and I cleaned out our garage on Saturday, A job we've been procrasiinating for about 15 years. Lots of black widows. Ugh!

I never had a problem with them until one day as a child I was sitting in the bath. Well...guess what dropped down onto my bare back from the ceiling? A damn spider!! Ugghh...makes my skin crawl even thinking about it.
