just break up w/ your current gf. obviously you're not attracted to her anymore. hook up w/ your "best friend" a couple of times but don't fall for her. be single for a while because you simply can't handle a real relationship now.

you're young and dumb, every guy goes through it. I don't think it will matter what you do, in 5 years I bet you won't have (or want) either of them in your life. Just be sure not to bring a child into the situation.
You were already humping her leg and not getting sex (wtf was the point of that anyway?) you've already cheated... what's it matter now? You can't take it back, be young and foolish and hope you get it out of your system by the time you find a lady that's worth changing for... drop the current gf asap, it will only be harder to do later, don't draw it out if you know it's not going to work, it will just make it more painful for her, I've done that and it's one of the few things I wish I could do over in life, leave the girl the instant you know, don't think you can 'fix' your feelings for her

The best way to ruin a relationship with your best friend is the bang her. But, if it's already going downhill, bang her anyway.
I have a best friend like this, the only reason I never nailed her was because her boyfriend was a disgusting man-whore and gave her some kind of STD that you can't get rid of....not Herpes or AIDS, the name eludes me.
You need to find yourself a freak. The type of girl that will do ANYTHING YOU WANT. Yes, they exist and not only in porno. That will help you forget about all this BS.

except with part of #4. I think sometimes opinions from people completely removed from the situation can be more honest and objective (even though they're only getting one side of the story). To the OP: You say your relationship with your current gf is good, just that you're bored - so it's not good. You're young - you have plenty of time to learn about what you want and don't want in a relationship, so move on and keep learning.
I can only imagine how awkward it is with your friend - things will never be the same with her now that you've messed around, so you probably need to make some choices about what role you want her to play in your life. 
Easier said than done of course.
