He specialized in psychiatry, and was a mental health counselor... the irony of it all.
It would be ironic if he majored in Gun control and Safety Measures or some shit. Or if he was receiving mental help at the time.
^Find a mental health professional not receiving mental help and I might agree with you.
Or do you not think this idiot is a nutcase (perhaps not enough to save from a firing squad, but loony nonetheless) ?

[QUOTE=s2kPA,Nov 6 2009, 12:56 AM] Here, lets study the “heady” issue for you.
Sgt Hasan Akbar-convicted of throwing a grenade into a tent filled with fellow soldiers in the 101st Airborne Division, killing two officers and wounding 14 more servicemen.
Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan-Army officer identified by authorities as the man who killed 12 and wounded 31 in a shooting spree at Fort Hood
Can open, worms everywhere

If I am not mistaken the pistols he used were the F & N 5 seven. This is like a miniature rifle round for a pistol. Able to penetrate armored vest. 20 rnd mags standard.
I've shot this gun many times and it literally sounds like a rifle with minimal recoil. I need to get one because I am sure they will outlaw them now.

Well, since you're bringing up Arabic-sounding names, here are a couple more:
- Captain Mir Ali, 3d Special Forces Group, awarded the Bronze Star with "V" device, Afghanistan 2005
- Sergeant First Class Ismael Iban, 2d Infantry Division, awarded the Silver Star, Iraq 2007
And let's not forget Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Michael Monsoor, awarded the Medal Of Honor, Iraq 2006.
So what's your point?
