Gamecube, anyone own one?

By the way I currently have a PS2, which I like, and my bro has an Xbox which is good to. I think the PS2 is a better system because of selection, but XBOX does online gaming in a much superior fashion if you are into that sort of thing and I am not. I think XBOX has more LAN enabled games to.

yes, I agree, I used to have PS2, and I sold it cuz I needed some cash flow.. then promptly said that it was the last game system I'd ever own.. now that probably won't be the case..

Gamecube is cool. There are plenty of games for it that adults can enjoy. Metroid Prime, Zelda, F-Zero, and Mario Kart just to name a few. I like mine and my old roommate bought one after he moved out after playing mine.

I've rotted my brain away with that game, playin it hours on end with everyone. 
As already stated the ps2 has more mature games that are alot better than what gamecube has..

It looks odd at first, but it's one of the most comfortable controllers I've ever used. DualShock2 is prolly my favorite, but the 'cube controller is a close-second.
Do yourself a favor, and look into the WaveBird wireless controller. It uses RF rather than IR, so you don't need line of sight. You could use it through a wall if you wanted to.

if your more into fighting type games, dont get a gamecube, its realy hard to pull fast combos on that controll, the xbox is pretty cumfy if your buy the smaller version of that BIG ass controller, but i have to say the the ps2 has the most well placed buttons and style of control.

I love the gamecube controllers, especially the wavebirds. So I have 3 of them hahah. So comfortable I don't even come close to getting hand cramps after playing for long periods of time. Wireless is the way to go!!!!!!!
