I have been told by numerous people that I am a "gear head". Is it because I love cars, or is it because I soend way too much money on them? I would like to know what you guys think makes someone a gear head. And if you think you are one, tell us why.

 

People usually refer to anyone who likes cars or works on them gear heads. I dont mind that, but people also tend to think gear heads can't do or like anything else. Since I like cars, people auotmatically think oh "He can't be smart or like to play and watch sports." I had a co-worker who treated me like that until I beat his all star jock son in basketball.
