do you think it's better to give ur kid a generic name so they fit in and no one makes fun of them or something unique, to be interesting and different?

Seriously, the Jake memo is going around the same way the Jennifer memo went around between 1973 and 1981.

 

Unique or different is one thing, but naming a child with things like "Quativia" or "Shaniqua" is odd. They'll be known for their odd name, not for their good (or bad) traits/accomplishments in life.
Fitting in with a name is not always a bad thing. It brings racial profiling to a whole new level.

 

how bout something unique but not racially tainted? cant think of one now, but yeah, roll with it.
