How about some Vietnamese names, such as Dung or Phuc?

I actually know some of the people with these names.

Oh yes, my friend's HS classmate's name is Phuc Ngo!

Or the two vendor reps who visited me at UPS one time. The first guy's nametag said I Ding, and the other guy was Dong. I have no idea why they were there, I only remember I Ding Dong.

There was an episode of the Man Show where they invited guests on with ridiculous names. Charles Dick and daughter Anita Dick, Jack Hoff, Dick Hertz, Mike Hunt, Dick Nibbler, and my personal favorite, Fuk Yu
