Getting pissed off here at this site.
So if I buy something from wal mart, take it home, unpackage it and find out it doesnt fit. Then I return it, it is not new any more. If that was the case they wouldnt be able to return it to the shelves.
I have over 10 years of retail experience, you are wrong sorry.

You cant possibly be as big a jackass as you appear to be. You sold the guy 4 injectors which you claimed to be BRAND NEW.
Now, if you opened the box, to check them out, then sold them, eventhough LEGALLY, they are no longer brand new, most people wouldnt care. But you INSTALLED THEM in a car, AND RAN FUEL THROUGH them. This is hardly brand new.
And now you are suprised he wants his money back? Guess what a$$hat, what you committed, is called FRAUD!!!

Take your 10yrs of retailing experience and add to it by learning what RTV means and when it is used. Not looking to hate on you dude, but you asked a question and I answered it CORRECTLY.

<-----------Business OWNER, I know laws, I know what can be sold as new or used.
Regardless of what happens the guy knows they were installed and fuel was pumped to him.
He knew this because the ad stated it and I sent him pictures showing how to install them using my car.
This is no where close to fraud.
If I had them installed for a while, took them out cleaned them up, and then sold them as NEW, it would be fraud.
I do not know where you are getting this if the box is open they are brand new LEGALLY from but you are wrong.
Now back to my point
DUDE WILL YOU GET THE **** OUT OF THIS THREAD.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
We are well past your untrue retarded ass point, we are on to the point that he knew what he was getting, he knew it was as is, and we know they exchanged hands in NY.
BTW I just opened a turbo box up to look at the compressor size, ****er must be used now, cant sell it.

The site rules state: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=457332
If you need to call an admin out, then here I am. There appears to be no resolution to this, and you have displayed no willingingness. Sides have not been taken.
Now if I must quote some of your pm's which really is not the best way here, but maybe you will understand my reasons for not reistating your selling priviledges, as I did state in my pm to you.
These pm's from JDM have been sent to multiple mods and admins.
I always respond to my pm's, if your meaning MSN, well I don't usually chat.
I have responded to your pm's
My biggest issue, is the fact that you say you have owned this guy, which makes me think this is a good thing. The fact is he is not owned at this point, there is no proof of being owned, and until there is a resolution I am standing my ground. If you need your $20 back, I can understand. But what will you do to sell your s2000 items from your shop
Now, let's figure out a resolution and then all will be fine.
Disputes
Disputes and complaints brought to S2KI regarding the sale or exchange of merchandise will result in the immediate suspension of selling privileges on S2KI of ALL parties involved including yourself! No member shall engage in selling or buying of merchandise while involved in an unresolved dispute. You will be required to provide sufficient proof to satisfy us that the matter is fully resolved before we consider reactivating your account. Reactivation is not assured and is at our sole discretion. In other words complaining to S2KI about a transaction should be considered the last resort.

There is not going to be a resolution to this, he wants his money back and I refuse to as I sent the injectors to a "middle man" so he could then get them shipped overseas, I do not know what happened after they arrived in NY. I sent him brand new items.
Ive IMed hondagal, apparently she never logs in here, and if she does, she ignores my IMs.

Can you reinstate my selling rights?
Someone revoked them without even hearing my side of the story.
Im pretty sure I owned the guy calling me out, therefore I would like my rights back

I was called out by a member and was revoked before I had time to explain. And now that I have explained and totally owned this guy, I think it is time to get my rights reinstated.
Since none of you will respond to me I have to resort to xxx to be my middle man, which I do not think he should have to do for me but he is nice enough to do.
This needs to be resolved soon, if not, I will be forced to leave this community and will also contact my credit card company to get the charge to be a member here reversed.
