My biggest issue, is the fact that you say you have owned this guy, which makes me think this is a good thing. The fact is he is not owned at this point, there is no proof of being owned, and until there is a resolution I am standing my ground. If you need your $20 back, I can understand. But what will you do to sell your s2000 items from your shop

You are missing one key ingredient, I did my part and sent them to NY as the paypal address said.
From there I should not be responsible to what happens to injectors. ESPECIALLY SINCE HE OPTED OUT OF INSURANCE FROM ME, IM SURE HE DIDNT OPT FROM IT FROM WHOMEVER SENT THEM THERE.

admins are not taking sides here - just upholding the FS rules. Its nothing personal - you're not the first person to have their rights revoked, and you wont be the last either.

This topic is closed and I'm not going to add fuel to this ridiculous debate about who got "owned", grow up. This is a serious issue you refuse to address and have shown no effort to right the problem beyond ranting to the moderators and admins. You've sent no copies of any communications with the buyer. Beyond threatening to cancel your membership you've given us nothing to assure us that you are a trustworthy seller with a sincere interest in resolving disputes you may have. You are high risk and that is why your selling privileges were not restored as I told you via PM.
