Default Going to be in Europe for 2 months...

I am going to Europe for 8 weeks starting in May and I am worried about how I am going to stay in shape. Of course I will have to battle the temptation of French, Italian, and German cuisine, but other than that I will not have a gym to go to. Currently I go to the gym 6 days a week. I am a pretty slender guy- 6'0", 156 lbs, 6% body fat, but I am worried about what will happen to me when I don't have my gym to go to. I guess I am going to have to take up running and just run everyday, but I get shin splints, so this could pose a serious problem. Right now I lift M,W,F and swim 40-60 laps T,H,Sat, but swimming pools and freeweights are not easy to come by when traveling across a continent (at least not to my knowledge). Does anyone have any suggestions for maintaining my health while I am over there? I would prefer not to do all cardio because I lose weight easily and it is very difficult for me to put it back on.

that is easy. Have sex as often as you can in Europe. It has been proven that sex keeps you in shape!

There should be public gyms so long as you are in a well populated area.

This is what I do when I go away and have no access to a local gym... If by any chance you carry a backpack with you (I usually do for the purpose of working out), I'll take anything around that has a significant amount of weight to it for it's size and I'll place it in the backpack. Maybe like pairs of jeans or boots, etc. Then I'll put it on, pull the straps on really tight and do push ups. It could give a lot of resistance or a minimal amount, depending on what you put in it, but it will give some resistance to make you do less reps, so it's not as much cardio.

But if that fails for you... I would go with Zangerzone regardless and have sex as many times as possible because you're going to be in Europe for 2 months and let me tell you... European women (no matter what country) are absolutely gorgeous. You won't be disappointed... trust me.
