Default Good SPAM Killer for Email?

My email is UNDER ATTACK! I don't understand how in the hell my email address is being used, but I'm getting ALL SORTS OF SPAM! I can't stand it anymore. I delete and I think the very worst thing is I requested to be REMOVED from the mailing list. I guess they then took my request and sold it to others because it only gets worse!

Any suggestions? Something I can buy at a local store or download online?

Many thanks in advance!

I've been testing quite a few of them, and my best results (over 99% accurate) are for a product called InBoxer. You can download and try it for free for a few weeks. I believe it costs $25.
