IS300 by far of the vehicles you've listed. Lots of reasons, but foremost in my mind are:
Great warranty, best of the group
Great dealership experience, again best of group
Comfortable
Fast
Bulletproof, absolutely. I was on the Lexus IS launch program, and we did hot laps in the cars for 8 hours a day. Aside from 1 car that had a bad diff in it from the beginning of the tour, NOTHING broke in 20 days. That is unheard of in my experience doing these programs.
