Is there an inordinate amount of theft of these types of items in England or is it a hysterical government reaction?

 

cell phone theft is very prevelant in eurpoe

 

our government are a bunch of baffoons. yes mobile phone theft and any thing that is worth a couple of quid, has got out of hand... i recently had to cancel my old contract phone as i was walking down the road talking and some little git about 15 walks past me and distreacts me while another kid from behind takes the phone (since i had to lift it away from my ear to hear what the little prat was saying).

it bothers me that there are so many little chav's now.

Their warnings on cigarettes are waaay better.
"smoking will shrink your dick"

..ok, that's not a real one, but they are nearly as harsh.
