When you nominate someone for something, it's generally best to exhibit their qualifications relevant to the nomination.
George Carlin was a first-rate comedian. Greatest of all time? Probably not. Greatest in the 20th century (which is but a tiny slice of "all time")? Perhaps not, but certainly in the running.
This clip, however, shows none of this. It's from a live show, but it's not comedy; it's critical analysis and opinion.
Why not show some of George's funniest bits, instead of a diatribe against corporate fat cats? It would be more appropriate.
