parking tickets are expensive enough in Chicago, what's an extra couple a bucks for a parking spot even closer to the door?

 

People parking in these stalls ARE handicapped. They're RETARDED!

believe me, I've had a handicapped tag for a while years ago, its not fun to watch the lazy asses in their vettes and in this case, vipers strut to their cars in handicapped spots.
