A handicapped Viper
Everytime I've actually SEEN anybody parking in a handicap stall (or coming back to the parked car there), they've been regular looking able-bodied people. They did have the handicap tags on their car though.
I suppose it could be for their handicapped family member or something. No flames please. I'm sure there really are handicapped people using these stalls.

well. my mom's got a handicapped parking tag......she has COPD[chronic occlusive pulmonary disease ] and needs oxygen most of the time....she's got a small tank in her car but if her stop is a short one she can go off the o2 for a bit and hoof it...the proximity of the handicapped parking is a definite help for her...even tho she looks "normal" when outside the car....[ well, almost normal..

The Americans with Disibilities Act, which proscribes how many handicap stalls a parking lot shall have, is the same law that requires instructions in braille on drive-up ATM machines.
